The room, check in process, housecleaning, and overall hotel was just lovely! However we had a very strange dining experience for breakfast one of the mornings we were there. We opted to prepay for breakfast but any time we went down to the restaurant (urban pour) we felt like we were inconveniencing the staff. They would ignore us while we waited for a table and didn’t offer us anything to drink to the point that I had to get up to get my own water from the lobby. It was a very strange experience! The normal breakfast menu was very good but the buffet was terrible. Maybe the host/servers were just having a bad day, but it left a bad taste in my mouth on our last day.

The room was clean, the shower is very spacious & the water pressure is AMAZING! Loved the wall decor, the art, the colors that were used to make the room POP we’re perfect! Downside city view was not anything like I was expecting it to be but besides that I still enjoyed & loved my stay.
