The. Experience was horrible, the first room given, was leaking water from refrigerator on the floor, they put us in another room, dirty panties where in the room, the bed was broken, and the tv only stayed on 1 channel, then they had the audacity to try to charge us $117 for one night, let's not forget the free breakfast, that came in a bag. Sincerely, Very Disappointed

I guess you get what you pay for! You need to tell people that check-in is through a plexiglass window… Felt like I should be renting by the hour not by the night. The room was terrible. Paint peeling on the ceiling in the shower, to neglected grout around the bathtub to a bed with broken springs. Two bath towels provided only… No wash towel no face towels. TV didn’t work and only employee at the front desk seemed perturbed when I asked for help. Somebody was sleeping in their car outside my first floor room and there was noise all night. The room smelled as if it had been smoked in and then covered it up with a terrible smelling cleaner.

room wasnt what i asked or orginally. then was told to take upstairs im handicapped cant get up stairs then was told i dont know what you are going to do i was in a panic the guy was nice but you could see he was upset to./ told him i have nowhere to go we had just travelled over 7 hrs and was ready to lay down well he finally found one but i made the reservation well in advance and even called to make sure it was all going to be good cause i know my health is limited after we got a room all was well ima sick lady wanting to enjoy christmas with family ty for finding a room for us
