I would like to say that in all honesty I usually stay across the street at the Embassy Suites, however I decided to give the Sonesta a try, planning on moving to the area I decided to stay for a couple of weeks. I was greeted by Tien and told that the deposit was $100.00.. I was prepared to give a deposit of 50.00 maybe and was thrown off so considering that I’d be there for two weeks I asked if I could leave partial and over the weekend give the other half, she couldn’t or wouldn’t oblige, so I asked her if she’d try and seek a manger to approve it because I wasn’t leaving but staying and in the midst of traveling, to my dismay she quickly said mng didn’t approve, smh ok so I paid the entire $100. Deposit ok I proceeded to check in and from there it got much better. I had an opportunity threw out my stay to meet ray, Clarence and “repeat Tien, a very sweet and busy hard working young lady. These three staff members working together even on different shifts pass on to me a superb customer experience. They assisted me each and every time I needed them with a kind word. The house keepers and kitchen staff even maintenance personnel seemed to enjoy working and serving. CUDOS ! I also on one early afternoon had a brief encounter with whom I thinks was the manager, and again, same pleasantries. Thank you guys (:-) I actually checked out on thanksgiving morning lol keep up the good work:-). Until my next visit. Oh & there was another young man working the front/ great job sir :-)
