There was blood on our sheets when we arrived and we had to have them changed, also trash was left in the bathroom area on top of a shelf likely where someone couldn't see if they were short however I'm. 6ft 1. Also at checkout just a few minutes past 11 the staff were extremely rude demanding ww be out of the room while waiting for our Uber

NO ROOM,RESERVATION CANCELLED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE

Upon arrival at the hotel was told my name was "not in the system", no reservation was there, only able to rent a room at a higher rate. Clerk went on to say when rooms are sold out at a certain rate, reservations were cancelled & we were not the only ones affected. It was a common practice. Never received any cancellation notice from Hotels.com or the hotel. The clerk was not interested in my Hotels.com reservation print out. Now I see why she was in a secure area behind glass if they treat customers like this. After driving from Florida that day I paid the higher rate. Contacted Hotels.com and after a few back & forth emails, the hotel did call. Unknown why the reservation was cancelled. What is known I had to pay a higher rate. Still no refund, no apology. The rooms were clean but smelled of smoke even though it was a "nonsmoking room". Bare bones, no frills. Restaurants close by. Doubt I will use Hotels.com again.

Nightmare at Master Inn Tucker

Checked out after first night waiting for refund on rest of nights paid for its a dirty low ent place. Beds make so much noise we couldn’t sleep and left the next morning by 7 am wasn’t showering in that bathroom

One of the worse parts was our nonsmoking room smelled of smoke from cigarettes. The elevator smelled of pot and had pooled liquid on the floor - origin unknown. There was loud "basing" from other rooms most of the night. No amenities (washcloths, coffee pot, etc.) We left at 3 in the morning because we couldnt sleep. Stay Away!
