It was a Saturday night and the bartender was never available. She then decided it wasn’t busiest enough and left. Nothing else to do. Location felt u safe with the public transportation across street. Parking was so expensive. Room was clean and front desk person was nice.

Thoughtfully designed rooms. Spotlessly clean. Good breakfast and we loved the view from the exercise room where we went to burn off all the calories from the excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. Stayed there during ATL Market downtown and the fact that we could jump on and off the MARTA made getting to/from show super easy. Would absolutely stay again!

I’ve stayed here multiple times within one year and never had such a poor experience with the staff. They were not approachable and the young gentlemen with the red hair upfront must’ve forgotten he was at work talking to paying customers. My room did not have a full ironing board but a table top board. The corner room wasn’t ready so we were only offered a downgrade. However the next morning the cleaning staff came and knocked on our door 3 times starting at 9:30AM!! How ironic.
