The room was very clean. I loved the coat rack on the wal since it was cold while we were tgere. I also loved the towel racks in the bathroom. The stand in shower was great & the water pressure was amazing. Usually in hotels the water pressure is weak but not gere. The lobby was on the top floor so the view during breakfast was phenomenal!

We got locked in the parking garage which was really scary. No one told us that we would not be able to get out of the garage without security. Also, the chairs in the breakfast area are awful. All of the plastic/leather is torn off and picked off. They look pretty bad. Staff was friendly and location was what we needed. The rooms and bathrooms were clean

Only negative was that asked for 1/2 late checkout 11:30am and was told only option is to pay 1/2 price for a room and then have room till 2pm. This was a Sunday morning and not sure how busy midtown is on Sunday nights? The extra courtesy would have helped out a lot. Sad to have at happen after an amazing stay all weekend.

Clean quiet hotel. Easy check in process. No noise around. Beautiful views, great stay! — only downside was parking. be aware this is Valet parking only for $45 a night. This is not disclosed on the listing. There is a parking garage that belongs to a separate business within walking distance that valet directs you to, it is $20 per day. For best views: face 15th St, do not choose a room racing peachtree street. I searched for a while trying to determine which way would be the best view of the city! We stayed in 1407, facing 15th st. If you face 14th st or peachtree, there will be a building blocking your view :)

The stay was great. The booking and check in was terrible. I booked a wrong date for the stay. Hotels charged me $166 even though I noticed my mistake and changed the booking immediately, hotels still charged me for the mistake. On top of that when I checked in, the hotel couldnt find my new booking. Customer support through Hotels.com was non-existent at the time. I understand mistakes can be made but charging me $166 for a room I didnt stay in is ridiculous, especially to a loyal customer of Hotels.com. i have one more scheduled booking with Hotels.com and after that I will take my business elswhere. Im obviously not a valued customer and will not lose anymore money to this company. Ill find a company that can appreciate a loyal customer. Thanks
