The temperature of common areas was WARM, uncomfortably so. The room was clean. Entry door from outside after 10 was quick to lock back. We had difficulty trying to get in that door so we had to use automatic door entry. Another set of ppl had same issue.

Excellent room and location. Great roof top bar. Excellent views. However, the pillows absolutely SUUUUUUCKED. My wife still has neck pain. I would give it a 5 with better pillows. Everything else was awesome.
