Staff were friendly. Sheets and bedding not provided in room for pull out. Carpeting made from feel dirty and room smelled musty/stinky. Had to open windows as the hotel is very run down and needs room upgrades. Pull out bed dirty. Location close proximity and pricing higher than quality expected.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The condition of the room was not good, my pull out couch didn’t have a mattress in it so the cushions were leaning back. The chair had cuts in the leather, stains on the wall. Some of the wall outlets didn’t work and I had to replace my room cards three times. I was locked out the building because they demagnetize easily.

Dirty. Everything dirty. From the windows to the walls . Till the sweat dropped down my ****s. But fr. Roach carried his baby across the sink in front of my very eyes. Debris on the floor as soon as u hit the elevator to ur room. And the smell. Omg. Must do better. And it seemed like people were living in the parking lot. But good customer service besides the other shenanigans..

Horrible service, our room had no hot water, the bed was nearly flat, we asked to be moved and was given the run around, finally got moved only.for the bed to still be flat and was treated like absolute dirt by one of the front desk clerks who told us to deal with it or leave

KEEP SCROLLING!!! DO NOT STAY!!!

Although this was not the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, it was pretty close to it. When you're in college, you don't know any better, but I'm way past those days. Labor Day weekend, 2 big concerts in town, last big weekend of the summer and the pool was not available; half the pool was green, and the chairs were all flipped over; no poolside relaxing or sipping. The beds were soooooo uncomfortable and the sheets had old stains on them. The bathroom had old, used towels still hanging from the shower from what I assume was the previous visitor's stay. When asked about more towels, we were told we had to bring the old towels down first and then wait on the laundry to be completed before they brought us fresh ones. We just went to Walmart and bought our own towels. We ran out of tissue and had to use Kleenex because apparently, the front desk closed at some point during the evening, so if we needed assistance, it was definitely not available. To top all of that off, there were small roaches crawling around. From the appearance of other guests, this hotel was more of an apartment complex. Not judging anyone, but we saw a guest with a house arrest anklet on; information I'd like to have known before booking. I guess you get what you pay for. I thought I was getting lucky on the price because I'd booked so far in advance, however, I was VERY WRONG!!! Unless there is a drastic change over the next day or so, my advice would be KEEP SCROLLING, find another hotel!!!

Very disappointing experience. The room and facilities had numerous issues: the kitchen had absolutely nothing in it—not even plates, utensils, or paper towels. When I asked the front desk, they said the entire hotel only had two plates available. There was no microwave, no TV remote until I requested one, no hair dryer at all, and the bathroom ventilation was broken. The toilet paper didn’t even have a holder; it was just placed on the counter. On top of that, there were holes in the walls, and the next morning the bathroom light went out completely, leaving it in total darkness. At that point, I decided to cancel my second night and moved to another hotel. The only positive was the staff—they were kind and polite—but the overall condition of the hotel was unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

Beware!

Service was ok, However, the hotel room was not cleaned properly, hair was stuck to the bathroom door, as well as random Debris behind the door that hadn’t been swept. The tub had black grime in it, No sheets on the pull out couch, no extra sheets in the room, no trash cans in the room or bathroom, both tv remotes were missing, the ENTIRE lobby as well as outside the hotel reeked of marijuana, the furniture piled up outside was alarming, especially with the slight smell of raid among the weed. we decided to check out and stay somewhere else, spend the extra money definitely not worth the 240 we paid. Wish I took photos besides the outside but if you don’t take my word for it it’s on you.

Do not stay here. Looks nice on the outside, but the place is terrible. Carpet is worn. Lighting is poor. Furniture and bed needs replacing.
