hotel.com needs a better way to communicate with t

The staff that was at Embassy suite were great as far as the cleanliness the room was clean, but the air ducts were full of dirt and dust blowing into the room went to the front desk to complain about it. Nothing was done. Everything else at the hotel was OK But hotel.com horrible could not get in touch with them to change reservations. There’s no contact number for them at all try to do chat they do not answer your questions will not use hotel.com again.

The staff at this property is a very poor representation of the Hilton Brand. Poor Communication. limited knowledge of how the Hilton products work, lack luster enthusiasm for the position/Title they hold. Housekeeping is very questionable. Cleaning/Cleanliness, room was very unkept. Housekeeping placed a sign on the outside of our room door so that it looked like we did not want the room cleaned. When we left so that we could be serviced, the "do not disturb" sign was on the outside and the one that we took off, was on the inside. The restaurant on Premise, did serve good hamburgers, that was very fresh and tasty.
