What I loved about Eden Rock in Anaheim was the location. It was close to everything. The staff, especially Carlos, was amazing and extremely helpful. You need to give Carlos a raise before he moves on to another hotel!!! Our room was roomy and clean. My only complaint is that our room, while large, was lacking in furniture. A table and chairs would have been nice. There was plenty of room for such a set. There was only one easy chair to sit in, but there was no end table or coffee table next to it to set your food or beverage on. Our room did NOT look like the room pictured on line or in the ads.

the employees are super nice and accommodating. one thing that we didn’t like the most was the noise, especially in the morning. it was a lot of construction or banging going around the hotel, it was hard for us to sleep. also the mirrors are slanted and we found a hair in one of the pillows.

It was okay room was big, there was left over tissue from whoever had the room last in the bed and towels didn’t seem to clean. I paid for earlier timing but my room wasn’t ready but they gave me a different room. The tv is super far away from the beds but other than that it seemed very quite and safe.
