close to airport, customer service could be better
Last minute booking due to storm conditions and cancelled flight. Paid online and then charged a second time at hotel. Went to clarify this in the morning and the hotel acknowledged error but didn't apologise. First room we were given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite room being 'smoke free'. Alternative room was not as clean as one would expect, no kettle, mould on ceiling in bathroom.
