Clean, big, modern room. Good range of choice at breakfast. Hotel is in a good location - quiet area away from city centre but still close to museums, restaurants etc. Is a restaurant on-site but seems more of a bar area (did not see anyone eat there at lunch or dinner). Check-in was slow but there were free chocolates on the counter which made up for the wait

This hotel is clean and functional. The beds are good quality and the building is quiet. The staff is mainly helpful. I had a very good experience with one member of staff named Cath. Otherwise, travelers should note that this is a no frills, very generic hotel. It was perfect for my needs but it is hardly luxurious in any sense. My biggest complaint is the absolutely shocking lack of basic cable channels. No CNN for example and NO streaming services possible, even if you have your own Netflix or AppleTV subscription. So it makes for a pretty boring stay if you want to kick back in your room. Otherwise it’s a very practical and well managed hotel.
