The safe was not working in the first room. Chair was broken and electronic shower was not working. However the room was excellent. The manager moved me to a studio room but the AC was making noise, bose speaker was not working. But maintenance did replace it. outside light not working and some bulbs needed replacing. Overall I wasted at least 6 hours sorting things out over the 3 days I stayed there. I do like the hotel but rooms are not checked properly before guests moved in.

The hotel was extremely convenient for me who was going to a concert in Ziggo dome, that was the reason why I booked there. Easy to get to and from city center with train, and small walking distance from the train station. The staff was welcoming, the rooms was excellent and clean. I highly recommend this hotel if you are going to a concert, football game and want to be slightly away from the city.

The room was freezing.. i got an electric heater that didn’t work, then it was changed but such a small heater didn’t heat the whole room and the toilet area was very cold… i had 4 nights in the hotel.. so was happy to leave.. the staff and hotel in the summer might be amazing.. but in winter never again..

Excellent location, only minutes away from the station and supermarket. Staff were very pleasant and the room and facilities were very clean. Breakfast was amazing - so much variety and healthy options. Will definitely return here.
