Great staff and property. Location is super convenient. Property is updated and convenient. Large elevator capable of holding a number of people and luggage. Definitely great those who want to be close to the central station.

Great location- a variety of different shops/coffee shops on your doorstep. Helpful & friendly staff- someone on hand at reception and happy to help kind of service. Room comes with a nice coffee machine and a variety of different teas also nice toiletries and vanity kit. The bed was very very comfortable, room came with temperature control so you can suit it to your needs. Breakfast was also great with a lot of choice & there is a coffee machine in reception in which you can use at anytime during your stay! 10/10 would recommend this hotel to anyone taking a trip to Amsterdam ❤️

Noise hotel but noise can be a problem
Cute hotel in a great location; near the central train station and just outside of the city center. The downstairs lobby has a cozy feel and the staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very nice (except for the fact that there was no black/caffeinated tea. Some poeple don't like coffee and herbal tea is not what we want in the morning). The room was lovely and updated. Unfortunately, our room overlooked a street corner where people congregated and it was extremely loud on one of the nights we were there. The noise kept me awake for hours and was most unpleasant. I would recommend NOT getting a room that is right above the front door over looking the bench. While I don't know for certain, I suspect other rooms might be quieter. Or ask for a room with newer, soundprrof windows (I asked for a quiet room but that didn't work). Other than that, it was a lovely hotel.

A really comfortable and enjoyable stay. Hospitality was excellent we felt we were valued as guests. We were served drinks as late as we wanted them and complimentary coffee was available throughout or stay which was a fabulous touch. Definitely recommend and will look forward to returning to this property ourselves
