There were no towels in the room and had to go down to the front desk to ask for them. It took quite awhile before someone came to the desk for assistance.

It was super loud all night. It took the receptionist 30-45 min to even show up at the desk to check us in. There was some Type of salt all over the pool room floor that created skin irritation on my kids when mixed with the pool water.

I can’t blame staff for things! They were amazing but the hotel itself was chaotic. Trash was left all over the halls. There were unaccompanied children all over the hotel. I didn’t have any towels in the room. The fireplace didn’t work but I don’t normally use it anyway. Other than that, room was clean and staff was great. But the guest were very unsettling.

Check in was easy and fast. Was given the wrong room tho. Went to room and key worked but the security lock was locked so someone was in the room. House cleaning staff tried to help me but didn’t speak English and let me into a neighboring room and I went back down to the desk to confirm that I was supposed to be in the room I was let in and get my keys changed. Front desk staff was nice and helpful.

Staff/Gal at check in was EXTREAMLY nice! The cleanliness of the lobby was just ok, the elevator had dirt and garbage on the floor, someone on our floor was smoking marijuana. Our room was also very dirty, the bed had hair on it, the chair & desk area had crumbs all over it. It was filthy enough that we decided NOT to stay. So very disappointing.

Got to our room and we found a bed bug on our bed. Took it down to front desk and no apology or anything said to get it off her desk. I wanted to show her so they didnt give me crap about wanting a refund. Do not go there, no running ice machines. Dirty

One of the rooms was filthy. I had to request another room. The floors had not been vacuumed in a while. The hotel did not have cleaned towels available. The clerk, Dawn was rude, Unprofessional.

Not pleasant

Hair still on the soap in the shower, which tells me it wasn't clean, the air conditioner didnt work, the jets only half way worked in the tub we paid extra for, everything looked very dirty and very dated. There was trash in the halls, stains everywhere and the hot tub that was advertised when we booked was closed. Overall, not a pleasant experience. Especially for what we paid for it!
