Not a great stay. Paid for early check in only to be told our room wasnt ready! Then tried to chsrge me for breakfast when i had already included it. Were woken up numerous times by loud guest in a nesrby room. Woke up to vomit all over the corridor outside our room. Wont be back

Clean spacious room. Very tasty breakfast with a great selection of items. Evening dinner didn’t disappoint either, great menu and food was delicious and reasonably priced. Restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive. Swimming pool and gym were great too. Would definitely stay again.

EV charging just outside the city

We picked this primarily with EV charging in mind, and weren't disappointed either. Comfy beds, nice meals. Friendly staff, clean. Its 3 miles south of the city but the city parking is good and the traffics not bad.

Rude Staff was New and no solution offered.

The reception staff was extremely rude and not accomodating. It was easter break when i visited. I had booked the pool for use with my son btw 4pm - 5pm post check in but was sent back when we arrived at the pool by the staff. Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no mannerism in her speaking - she mentioned i cant go in even though i have booked in with my room. I was disappointed by her behaviour and reported it to the front desk only to get an answer " she is new" but not a solution to the inconvenience i had faced. My son and I booked the hotel mainly for the pool use and some time together. After hours of my argument for a solution, i was offered to come between 6am -7am the next day. I did it for my son but am never visiting again. Ruined our time and relaxation there.

We regularly stay here because of the spa, the breakfasts, the dining options in the evening & ease of parking. The staff are polite, friendly and efficient. The new pancake machine at breakfast is a good addition.
