We enjoyed our stay, we chose based on location near the airport for the end of our Japan trip. There’s no restaurants nearby and several times the 2 onsite restaurants were closed which was slightly frustrating. They did have their warehouse open, which has a small menu. However, luckily a 7-eleven is in walking distance and a nice park for our son was close by. Overall, good stay!

Urban vibe decor, very eco friendly facility. Lots of nice amenities. Staffʻs english is great! The airport shuttle was exactly on time, so go to the meet area and actively seek out the driver holding the hotelʻs signage. Shuttle times are set times only, be sure to check the shuttle times. (not like america where it might be ʻon demandʻ via a phone call to the front desk or ʻevery 20 minsʻ). Absolutely recommend!

contemporary design and feel. rooms airport hotel style small but perfectly designed and accessorized. restaurants and bars all outstanding as is the breakfast buffet. airport shuttle right on time (no less expected in japan though) would definitely stay in this chain again

Very close to the airport, even walking distance from Terminal 3 though I did not try due to rain. However it is kind of a corporate park with little charm to the area. It is nice to be on a river, even if it is an industrial river. It was perfect for my needs, which was a quick overnight between international flights. I would definitely stay there again, though the lack of dining options were a concern. There is a 7-11 almost next door.

Hotel facilities were very good. However, it is not close to any food establishments outside of hotel. Must take a taxi.
