This hotel is modern, chic, and comfortable. It provides all the creature comforts for the savvy traveler. A waterfront view room would have been nice, next time I’ll ask for one if available. Food options are varied and tasty, offering only lunch and dinner, however but the cafe offers excellent coffee (regular coffee is free for guests) and breakfast pastries. There are a couple 7-11 stores nearby but nothing else by way of shopping that is walking distance. There’s a winding path for walking and biking (rentals available on site) along the water. I would stay here again if I ever need to be super close to the airport.

This hotel is close to Haneda Airport and they provide a shuttle bus service. The hotel staff are very friendly and the service is very professional. The hotel environment is good and suitable for walking and cycling. If you want to go out, you can either call a taxi or take the shuttle bus.

The hotel was very satisfactory for a stay right before or after a flight from Haneada airport. The rooms were small but functional and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the AC strong. I would not recommend it as your home base for a full vacation to Tokyo as it isn't very accessible to the trains except by shuttle bus. However, we found the shuttle buses very good for getting from the train station to the hotel and hotel to the airport. The buffet breakfast was also very good and reasonably priced.

We stayed in the hotel for the quick commute to the airport. However we were happy to have very clean and comfortable rooms. The free shuttle service was a bonus and the driver saw how I had a small child and helped me with my bags.

Excellent pre flight home stop. We arrived at the hotel early and were offered a free shuttle ride into Kawasaki and back until our room was ready which we were very grateful for! Front desk is fluent in English. No problem in communication. However, the location is really inconvenient. Shuttle bus from airport to hotel is only available from midday. If you came here for tourism and mainly rely on public transport. Please do not stay here. Room is bigger than usual for Tokyo area though. However, since I have stayed in other hotels in Japan before, I found the facilities are a bit old style in Japan standard (still much advanced compared to western standards). For example, washing machines are still pretty old fashioned ones, coffee machines in the lobby won’t work properly. The one thing I don’t understand is that, when you put the coffee machine in the lobby area, but there are all the signs saying “No food and drinks” in the lounge or lobby. So, where are you expecting me to enjoy the tea and coffee?

This is our very first trip to Japan so getting to and from the airport and train station would have been challenging. We selected this hotel for it’s reasonable price and shuttle service. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable mattress, fantastic water pressure in the shower, high end features in the room including a dehumidifier. We really appreciated the excellent shuttle service.

Beautiful hotel across from Haneda Airport where you can watch planes take off and land all day and night. Delicious food and drinks at all the bars & restaurants in the property. The staff was very kind and pleasant attending to any need that may arise from the guests. The soundproof windows are a great add on for the planes taking off and landing. You wouldn't even know you're near an airport. Late night walks on the riverside are very pleasant as well!

Nice

Nice hotel near airport with free shuttle bus, but it is located in middle of business area, so nowhere to walk or go in evening, always have to take the shuttle. So perfect for a 1-night stopover, but that's it.
