Great location, but the facility was in severe decline and customer service was not inviting. The front desk was confrontational at check in and I made no further effort to address other issues. I purchased the room with breakfast for three (me, wife and child of 10yrs). When I made reservations the app was not functioning in the location, so I went with a third party reservation. The reciept from the third party was very specific and clear about what I purchased. Still, I had to pay additional because the child was over 3 years old. The sink in our room was leaking badly and the floor was very slippery. Rug/Carpet was thread bare. Breakfast was ok, but not a large selection. There was no noodle selection and the rice was cold. Also, Breakfast doesn’t open until 7am. There was no coffee or tea selection otherwise, except in the room which had a odd slow drip pouch cartridge that required about 20 steps just to get a cup of coffee. I was not impressed for over $400 + breakfast cost per night.
