Probably the best hotel I stayed at overall. Very close to the station, I mean really close. There’s a convenience store in the lobby. The area across the street has a night life. There’s also a Daiso/drug store/ market also across the street. Onigiri for 79y and it’s as good as 7-11 or Lawson or FM. I would definitely stay here again. The laundry room has four machines, and you can check the status of the machines on the tv. The staff is very nice and helpful. The one weird thing is the hotel lobby is on the third floor, not an issue; just weird.

The staff was really friendly and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at while traveling in Japan so far. The room was very spacious, modern and clean. My favorite part was the big tub and they provided all the toiletries even bath salts and face masks. If I would have known how amazing this room was I would’ve stayed here longer. If I come back to Yokohama I will definitely be staying here again.

This hotel was right next to the metro with an entrance right outside the door and all the sights I wanted to see were within walking distance. Also, just one stop from Yokohama station where you can change lines and get dropped right off at Haneda airport. Initially, I saw the building with the hotel name on it but was having a little trouble finding the entrance because I was looking along the street side. I didn’t see the little sign that said it was around the corner between a walkway. Other than that, it was perfect. Staff was friendly and room was clean and a pretty decent size for the area. Like other hotels, they had a table full of toiletries, but definitely went above and beyond offering multiple types of tea, bath bombs, and even face sheet masks which I definitely took advantage of. I had quite a bit of laundry to do and their washing machines were the best I’ve seen at any hotel. They had a few settings, but the basic was wash (no need for detergent, it dispensed its own) and dry for a total of 2 hours. No need to go back and forth putting it in the dryer. Also, after you pay, it asks you to put a code in so that no one can touch your clothes or mess up your cycle. And….you can pay with your Suica card. On the ground floor, there was a little grocery store, as well that connected to the entrance of the hotel. Overall, I was very impressed and would definitely recommend.

Hotel in convenient location

Great location- across the street from a JR station and close walk to the harbor area, Cup Noodle Museum and Mall. Has a Starbucks and 2 restaurants on property not to mention the cool train. Rooms are a bit small but it is the norm in Japan. Very clean and would stay again!

This hotel uses a self-check-in system which is inconvenient and inflexible. Although self-check-in appears to be a way to reduce staffing, in fact, the amount of confusion generated by the system requires about the same degree of staff involvement and a great deal more effort in dealing with frustrated guests. The system is inflexible when a guest arrives before the 3 p.m. check-in time, issuing an error message rather than asking the guest to try later or offering to store luggage until the room is available. Since the error message simply states that the guest is "outside the reservation period", staff have to come and explain the situation. In my case, this was done rather brusquely and without offers to store luggage, etc. Another rather strange aspect of "automation" at this hotel: Perhaps it is a "bug" rather than a "feature"... The fancy rear-washing toilets so ubiquitous in Japan appear to be undergoing further "improvement". The one in my room appears to automatically guess when the user wants their rear end sprayed, apparently by sensing movement patterns on the toilet seat. More research (or repair) needed! This one several times squirted me while I was trying to dry off from a previous squirt!

The room was lovely with a nice big tub perfect for soaking after a long day of exploring. They provide a lot of amenities including various face masks and bath salts. They were many convenient things like being able to see the time left on the washer/dryer from your room TV, as well as the coffee machine, the microwave and a grocery store connected to the hotel. it was conveniently located near the subway and train station. There were many restaurants and shops nearby as well as access to the gondolas. The staff was nice and helpful and everything was clean. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
