Great stay at JR-EAST Hotel Mets Yokohama

The receptionists are very helpful attending to queries and great service from the staffs. The room cleanliness is great and top notch. Good range of amenities to choose from. There’s a detailed instruction to navigate to the hotel for first time travellers, and an alternative path with direct access to Yokohama Station B1 from NEWoMan level 3 if bringing luggages. Would stay again if visiting Yokohama next time.
