Stayed here to be close to a friend, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Check in was smooth (we don’t speak Japanese so sometimes a worry!), the hotel is nearby public transport and convenient shopping, and all the amenities we required were readily available. Easy check-out and great staff.

I stayed here for four nights, and it's one of the best hotels I've stayed at! The room was clean, was more spacious than expected, I couldn't hear anything from the nearby rooms, and check-in was super simple! The walk to and from the nearby shopping areas and subway station was simple and didn't take long at all. Altogether I'm very pleased and will definitely be staying again!

Not to far from centre minami station Lots of shops and restaurants nearby Like Starbucks, daiso, uniglo etc There’s some bars within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and some have very good English. Check in and out was quick and efficient. There is a free ice machine on floor 3 and a coin laundry on the 4th floor

we stayed for a week and enjoyed our stay. We got a deluxe double room. Room was good size and spotless. Bed was big but it was hard including pillow. There were washer and dryer microwave ice machine on 3 or 4th floor and coffee at front desk. Hotel is located between park and hospital so it was very quiet except when ambulance drives by. Center Minami station has everything. It does take a while to get to tourist places since this is a residential area. Staff were all nice. Everything was great. There are several ways to walk from station but exit 3 and turn right. You don't have to cross busy road or walk up hills. (600yen)
