Family Winter Vacation

the hotel amenities listed said there were gaming consoles for the kids which was part of why we booked here but the front desk looked at me completely confused when I inquired about it and said they offer no such thing nor ever have. The TV guide didn't work in that is didn't say the shows that were playing so to navigate you had to click through each channel one by one. Front desk offered to send someone to the room but they didn't come. No towels by the pool but the turnaround on getting a new set was very fast after I asked. The hallways outside the indoor pool area had no rug so it was very difficult to walk on and very slippery. Breakfast staff was very kind and the area was very clean

Only a few minutes away from Dream Mall with pool. A lot of stores near. Very clean only down side is next to major road which can be pretty noisey at times. Other than that was a good stay overall staff was very nice.

I called the front desk about a noisy guest in another room and they did nothing about it. I was up from three in the morning all the way till 5 AM because they were in their screaming and hollering the whole night. They said they were going to send security up and never did

The staff is not welcoming at all! They are all lazy to do even their own work. They treated the third party booking parties improperly. They don't have an internal communication system on who did what! There was a maintenance issue and morning shift person doesn't know what happened in terms of repairs and services in the other shifts. Cleaning staff need to make bed and replace fresh towels every day.
