"Cheap for the location, and convenient to walk into town. Definitely lacking in frills (aka no central air, no smart tv), and some repairs were needed. One leg of the bed was broken off and being held up by a rock. One of the windows did not stay open. The keys would become demagnetized. But helpful ..."
