The property didn’t disclose they didn’t provide parking, the rooms were open to a concreted in pool that had a strong smell of chlorine still the hotel furniture was very worn nothing like the pictures the staff besides two particular people were very unhelpful and not friendly at all one worker was outside screaming at I believe her ex saying very derogatory things at the top of her lungs no laundry on site black mold in the bathroom and musty smelling almost everywhere in the hotel

The room was so humid despite the AC, the bed felt wet. The sheets were beyond dump, and there were body hairs between sheets. When we asked for another room, the hotel said it's full and they would bring the replacement sheets. Those fresh sheets got soggy immediately in the room. Also when we checked in, the front guy insisted that he doesn't see the breakfast option purchase, told us to contact Expedia. When I showed the proof, he said it was his mistake and gave us the code. The hotel was really run down overall, I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The overnight concierge was amazing, i wish i remember her name but she was awesome! I would stay again in a heartbeat. Very welcoming establishment.

Overall the stay was good. Our Room #218 had No AC and the thermostat displayed 74 degrees even though I put it at 65. We travel frequently so we always bring small plug in fans which made the room bare able. The add on breakfast at an additional charge was none less than a continental breakfast which should be free. Otherwise great location great staff.

1. The air conditioner was extremely noisy. The fan blew loudly all night without stopping for even a minute, making it impossible to sleep. 2.There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom, which left it very humid and stuffy. 3.The shower curtain was falling apart, and I had to fix it myself in order to use it. 4.The toilet did not flush properly. 5. The breakfast buffet (which was not complimentary) was terrible. I noticed rotten apples in the fruit basket, and there was mold on the blueberries. 6. Flies were frequently flying around the dining tables and fruit bar, which was very unappetizing. 7. The carpet in the room was noticeably dirty.

This hotel is very convenient if you are seeing a show at the Grand Ballroom which is right across the street. It was comfortable and clean and also affordable. The staff was friendly. Would recommend for a quick stopover in the downtown Wilmington area.

Needs management review

I was checked in quickly but then waited two hours to get to my room, sitting at the bar with no updates.. When I asked the front desk, they said my room had been ready for over an hour, yet no one called me as promised. The hotel looked chaotic—clearly understaffed and overwhelmed by a large event. The room was dirty, with a broken shower head spraying water sideways, a strong moldy smell likely from the air conditioning, and overall dampness. I suggest you run a stress test on your API feeds for that day, and block hotels from booking if they’re not up to standard. Your system and staff are usually excellent, but this experience was my first major disappointment booking through the app. At over $200, this was not worth it. Given the delay and poor room condition, a refund is justified, and this room should not have been available for booking at all.
