Judie, the lady who checked us in, was amazing. She gave us a great room, was very friendly and gave us great information about breakfast, the pool and other things in the Williamsburg area. We are very happy with her service and will definitely stay again if we are in the area

It offered a good value, convenient location for visiting William and Mary, but seemed a little rundown. The mattresses were too soft and the breakfast very ordinary.

Worth the Money

Check in was easy and quick. Even though we had a late check in the attendant was friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower was a little dated. They have a great continental breakfast in the morning with all the fixings. Overall, I think it was a great experience.

The first night we was there we wasn’t up the next morning for housekeeping to clean our room so they didn’t come back to clean it. Where I’m from if you’re still asleep when housekeeping come around, they will come back and clean your room.

The front desk clerk, Andre was very accommodating of our needs. His personality was warm and friendly and he cordially greeted us coming and going from the hotel. He made our stay most enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate booking another stay in this hotel.
