Not sure I have ever written a review of this nature. We booked a king study room at this property. Not only was the room we received not one that we reserved, but the room had a lock off and the people in the next room were smoking. Upon calling the front desk, hotel management did not appear to care regarding the wrong room reservation Or with the smokers violating hotel policy. We have stayed here before, but will never do it again.

We picked this location to be convenient to the train into Manhatten. Our room was not serviced when they said it would be. We had to call to get fresh towels. There was access to a laundry room, but the dryer door latch was broken and the door had to be propped shut with a chair. No microwave in room, it was by the ice machine. We found an alternate hotel with better accommodations at a lower price.
