This fabulous three bedroom main level bungalow home features three bright bedrooms, one living room, family size kitchen, dining and office area. The property is equipped with loads of essential stuff for your comfort while you stay here. Enjoy fresh new sheets, and towels on every stay. The property is located in downtown whitby near all amenities like 401/407/412 shoppings and many more. Please keep in mind A tenant lives in the basement, but it has its own Seprate Entrance and nothing is shared with them.

Very nice space- extremely dirty- sand in bathtub (a lot of it); very dirty cupboards and cutlery drawer, baseboards are filthy - tenant in basement would be fine if there wasn’t a door with access into our unit that only locks on the other side- made me uneasy.
