Our stay was really good. Enjoyed our room. Don’t mind that the staff clean the room every three days but I wish they would replenish the coffee, sugar and cups every day.

What hotel provides breakfast but then charges for drinks (juice)? No automatic daily housekeeping is not a good standard today. Hire some staff and do better.

Decent hotel room. Surprised about the complimentary breakfast. It was good. One day there were scrambled eggs, big strips of bacon, and french toast. The next was scrambled eggs, breakfast sausages, and waffles! The service is great too. And location is close to the West Edmonton Mall. Would recommend.

At 2:45 am we were awaken by a load knock at our door. I peeped through and saw a group of about 4 people roaming the floor & we’re randomly knocking the doors. I answered “yes what do you want” and was greeted by a loud bang on our door. I shouted and they proceeded to kick the door hard. We called security!!!! A few moments later, a guy who was holding a walkie talkie came knocking at our door. Assuming it was the security I opened the door and was greeted by this very words…”This is your last warning, there was a complaint about your room or else we’ll boot you out” UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!! WILL NEVER COMING BACK 😡

Friendly staff was very helpful. The area had a decent selection of fast food spots and a couple of conveniences a short walk away. The breakfast was really great the first two days and then I think staff changed and it was very average.
