3 bedrooms house with a private beach

The house is located in a quite neighbourhood right by the Wrinkle point. Enjoy the private beach right on a Bass river right across the street or take a 15 minutes walk to the West Dennis beach.

Have a boat? You can easily launch your boat into the Bass River at Freeman's Landing.If you could swim directly across the river (not allowed) you would land at Ship Shops, where you may gas up your boat.

Walk one way about 0.7 to 1.0 miles and find a couple of charter fishing areas or enjoy some restaurants, sit outside at a couple and find some great ice cream or rent kayaks, canoes or paddle boards or take a local cruise.

Within a mile or so find fishing, windsurfing, quilting and book stores, public library and post office.
Walk about 4 minutes and sit on the bench at night and view the Bass River converging with other water pathways and beaches

Within a mile distance or up to 10 to 20 minutes walking, you can find a couple charter fishing marina's (Giant Tuna have been spotted being unloaded at night).
The house has a fenced yard, grill, outdoor shower and a patio area.
