The hotel was extremely loud with running and screaming kids for hours at a time through the hallways, and the staff did nothing about it. Also, there’s a huge language barrier when communicating with the staff, which is also a bit of a problem. Later in our stay, there were some shady folks hanging out in the parking lot and I inside the hotel. I don’t believe they were staying there. The one guy was just hanging out in the stairwell for hours and we saw him every time we came and went.

Would you like to see the picture of the blood stained sheet we had, which was hidden by the pillows or the fact the floor in the bathroom was so, slippery because they put us in a handicap room and there was no shower curtain Just the shower stall. so water pooled on the floor not to mention in the rooms, there are no USB Ports only plugs The pool was clean and well maintained, and I think that was the only highlight. The breakfast wasn't bad they had the waffle machines but you could tell the proteins, and the potatoes were heated up in a microwave. I did bring it up to the front desk on our checkout. She shrugged her shoulders and said, okay, she would tell management. I do not suggest anybody staying here unless its just an overnight stop over

I made the mistake of booking through Expedia. The stay was non refundable- my mistake for not noticing. When I arrived it was packed with 8 yrs old running all over. I asked for a quiet room at the end of the hotel. She said nothing was available- and she said it was on the 2nd floor so it would be quiet. The parking lot didn’t look that busy so I asked a second time. Still no. There were several kids upstairs also. Kids yelling & running up & down the hallway, even knocking on the door. Luckily it ended by 10. It is run by an Indian family. The food in the lounge is Indian. The music playing is Indian. I ended up getting sick & left early. No refund was available! Partly my fault, but they weren’t flexible. So look closely before booking.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times as it's conveniently located for the beaches and is a good mid-range hotel. It's always clean, parking is easy and it also has a great indian restaurant.

There is no insulation in the walls between the rooms. We could hear a lot of noise talking and laughing to 2 in the morning from the people next door to us all night we couldn’t sleep and the staff didn’t do nothing about it plus bathroom door was broken and kept jamming locked. Also 15 minutes before breakfast is over they turned off the lights of the dining room and took all the food away at 9:45 AM. I am not happy. It was horrible night staying there, and the staff didn’t do nothing about it after we have notified them two times.
