The location was great! It was a few minutes from the Inflatable Park. Morning buffet had lots of options from waffles, pancakes, eggs, cereal etc. 2 pools with nice view of the salt marsh were nice. Hot tub and sauna were for adults only. My 10 year old really wanted to go to the hot tub but oh well, he enjoyed the arcade instead. The room is a little dated but clean and comfortable. The first night I found the pillows to be way too soft and then realized there were various other pillows in the closet that were firmer. Overall a great stay with my family.

On first glance, the hotel may appear a bit dated but my family ended up loving our stay here. There are many amenities that are particularly kid-friendly, everything was clean and well-stocked, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Seems like a great value and a perfect place to stay when exploring the Cape with families.

The hotel is clean and the outdoor swimming pool and firepits are great, but the building itself is showing its age. The air conditioning system in the room made weird, intermittent noises throughout the night like it was struggling to cool the room. The room smelled musty suggesting excess humidity in the building. Dehumidifiers might help. Breakfast foods were not the quality one expects at a resort. Highly processed breads, pastry, and cereal, do-it-yourself pancakes and waffles, instant oatmeal packets, sweetened yogurt, powdered eggs, grayish-looking sausages, a tiny container of blueberries, and bananas. Stick with the coffee, tea, and juice. Find healthier food outside the hotel.

Since I am VIP member, I requested room upgrade. They said they have available room with nicer view. We were supposed to have 2 queens bed in our room but got 2 full bed instead for 4 people which was a big disappointment. I couldn’t sleep in that room because the beds were too small, and we are not even big people. The room smelled horrible, and the view was nothing special with dirty windows. The air conditioning sounded very bad and was not consistently in same temperature. It was no air in the room. That night I went outside at 4 am and sat where the fireplace are to get some air, because it was impossible to stay in that room. I stayed outside until 7 am until time for breakfast. Breakfast area was also very bad. I couldn’t handle the smell over the whole hotel. We were supposed to stay 7 nights in that hotel, but we were good after 1 night. We complained in the morning, and the hotel manager admitted that they gave us full beds instead of queen beds. The hotel manager and Expedia were very helpful and we got refund for our stay. We changed to another hotel which was cheaper, bigger room, and more clean. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 star to this hotel because they were helpful with refund for this hotel.
