Honestly, every was great except for the air conditioning. It’s very old and didn’t work well. It was even that hot while we were there, average of 80 degrees. The thing never stopped running because it couldn’t get the room to 72 degrees.

If I am paying so much for the place I don’t want Beach staff to ration skimpy beach towels for me. And be extremely rude. Also I recommend on bunk bed ladder needs to be rethought. It is not convenient since it is too vertical. Otherwise love the place as we go every year to this chain.

There were nats in our room. We killed about 15 during our stay. The bed was uncomfortable. This was the worst hotel bed, I have ever slept in. I did not rest well at all. The middle of the floor is sinking in....There is a structure problem with this floor. My sister's bed was bad as well.

We loved it. It was great to wake up next to the pool, right next to the beach, and just relax. One improvement will be to have more food available. The breakfast (paid breakfast) was too basic, and I would have loved to have milksakes or food service on the beach. What I care about the most is the service, and it was awesome. Every single person was kind and nice. The room was clean (Althought they didn't make the beds). The beach and the pool area was clean, and the water was FANTASTIC, was warm and super nice. Overall, I want to go back again if I could.

From the moment we arrived, everyone was so accommodating, especially with my husband's illness. We went from the beach, to the outside pool and then the inside hot tub. The landscaping only added to our experience and the French fries at the outside stand were addicting!

Charged $25/day for parking, where Expedia's cost was supposed to include all costs. Absolutely obnoxious that they would charge an additional fee to park in a WIDE OPEN suburban location with plenty of open parking spots and knowing that the only way to get to the place is by car not train, bus, bike, etc. Instead of nickel and diming the customer why don't they just add their unfair cost into the price of the room?
