Our third time visiting this summer. This resort offers everything. You don’t have to leave for anything. Beautiful grounds and beautiful scenery. The sunsets on the Riverside are breathtaking.

everything about this property was 10/10. my only thing was i needed daily access to hot water for my medicine and a microwave for my baby food. both cant be done from room so had to go to the restaurant and ask for hot water everyday, and go to second story of indoor pool to use the microwave. other than that this place is fantastic. their clam chowder is better than the famous skipper next door even. and im a new england clam chowder conossieur.

Our Family’s Happy Place

Fabulous week with family and my mom. Staff are friendly and helpful, location cannot be beat, beach is spacious (watching my 87 year old mom play hormone for first time-priceless). Walked the beach every day, relaxing spots to sit and face river and read. Nightly music-we went twice and both times were so impressed #Dezi Garcia and #TheLeafyGreens -just amazing. Great restaurants within a mile! Beautiful spot to watch sunsets. It is not cheap but worth every penny.

Property was very nice. Beach was well maintained and chairs and umbrellas were plentiful. Indoor and outdoor pool were also nice and great for the kids. A lot of entertainment options for kids. Room and beach towels were small and uncomfortable. Housekeeping staff was generally unfriendly and felt like they went out of their way to not say good morning or hello. Many other staff were extremely friendly. Charging $25 a day to park is ridiculous. The parking lot is somewhat small but each room should be allowed to have 1 car and then you can charge for a second car if there is one. That would be my biggest complaint about an otherwise great stay. We would definitely return.

It was absolutely beautiful! The service was fantastic, the food was fantastic, and of course the view was fantastic! The pickleball courts were also so much fun and they have mini golf right next to it if you’re still feeling competitive afterwards! Family friend or adult only friendly as well! We had a blast!

We had a good stay at Red Jacket. The property was clean and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and our kids had a lot of fun with the activities. My only complaint would be the seating around the pools. The pool did not open daily until 9am but there were towels, bags, and other items on the chairs to reserve seats at the pool before 7am daily. When we could get a chair or two and spent time at the pool, the chairs with stuff reserving them were not used for hours at a time. We want to be able to safetly monitor the kids swimming and could not always do so.
