Amenities include air conditioning (all bedrooms), washer/dryer, gas grill, Wi-Fi, and enclosed outdoor shower. New flooring and furniture in the living room for 2025.

Annual family Cape Trip

This was a wonderful home with large yard for fun activities. Walking Distance to a small neighborhood beach perfect for the little ones. Close to everything while still be off the busy path. Thank you!

Quaint, older home near the beach

There was great communication with Martha Murray’s rentals. Check in was very quick and easy. The home was an older one but very close to the ocean. The enclosed porch was our favorite place to “hang out”. One bedroom didn’t have an air conditioner which was odd and the carpets could use a cleaning. Overall we were very pleased with the house.
