The property asked me for security deposit only 2 hours before my official check-in time; otherwise, no room details such as exact room number and door access code could be provided. I checked out the same date due to its poor condition. As of now, I still haven’t received my money back. Be aware there will be no air conditioning, no wifi, no hair dryer, no iron and board as advertised. Door lock is loosen. Safety is a concern. Poor communication with no follow-ups. It was such a terrible and the worst experience that I had encountered.

Avoid this hotel.
Our room was so noisy that we couldn't sleep due to constant street noise throughout the night. The next morning, we asked to check out early. The hotel agreed, provided we paid for the first night, which I accepted.
Despite that agreement, they charged me for the entire stay, including the nights we never used. Since then, they have ignored repeated attempts by both Expedia and me to contact them. They don't answer their phone or respond to messages.
Charging a guest for a stay they did not use, after agreeing to an early checkout, and then refusing to communicate is completely unacceptable. I expect a full refund for the unused nights and an immediate response from management.
