The actual hotel is very nice. It’s clean, quiet and safe. I would recommend staying. However, the dining experience was not pleasant. Lunch and dinner was better than breakfast. The food itself is good, the service would be 1 star. I was attending a seminar and I had a 2 hour lunch break, I wouldn’t have made it on time back to my seminar (that was downstairs) if I didn’t consistently ask the waitress to process my check. The only other issue is that we constantly had issues with our room toilet. The service staff did try to help but it took about 6 hours to work fully.

We came earlier than expected and customer service representative allowed us to check in. Rooms are cleaned and tight. Why I gave 4 stars is because of coffee shop. They did not make coffee that I was ordering , quality of coffee was very bad and they changed us double price.
