Clean rooms, quiet, friendly staff but missed my hilton honors tag. Try to stay with embassy whenever possible. Love hotel and layout.

Pre paid for a two night stay but was unable to make it first night due to illness. Went second day only to be told my room (which I paid for) was no longer available. The staff at from desk were rude about it as well.

The room was not as clean as it should have been. There was white hair all over the floor that was immediately apparent when it covered by black socks as soon as I took my shoes off. There was also a bar of soap left in the shower that had hair on it.
