The room was clean and in good condition. The staff were friendly and there was plenty of parking. We stayed for 2 nights but only supplied with 1 day of coffee cups in the room, no water cups are provided. You can hear noise in the hallway and the service at the restaurant needs to improve.

Room needs work -- I've stayed here visiting Omaha for 12 years and this is 3/4 cycle toward renovation again. It has been a dozen different things since the 1960s and has the best location, free parking, a gym and a decent restaurant, so that's good. It's a quiet place except for the loudest housekeeping staff ever -- people shouting down the hallways starting at 8 AM at the latest. That's harsh.

We arrived at our reservation the front lady desk was amazing.We got your room it was freezing. we took the kids down to the pool the pool was cold then the kids came up to take a warm bath and there was no hot water in our hotel room they said they would send a service man up 2 hours late nothing. We woke up to semi warm water the hotel never told us that there was no hot water! The water pressure in the shower was extremely high and kind of hurt to take a shower ... Very disappointed. We will stay else where next visit
