Very good hotel The rooms were clean and comfortable and large Breakfast was very good Only negative feedback is that the young lady working the front desk when we checked in must have been new. At one point, she blurted out, “I need more training!” She should have had more support from some experienced staff

Upon arriving we were told that the hotel was overbooked. We were provided a room that you could tell was not used often and there was trim that needed painted and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. There was hair in the bathtub and on the floor in the bathroom pee stains on the toilet. They were overbooked so we didn’t complain and honesty we were in a hurry and didn’t have time to sit there to try and rectify or have someone clean with our stuff there and valuables in the room. I would have thought they would have at least offered free parking or something..

You have to pay for parking. Key cards stopped working multiple times randomly. They ran out of towels and said they had someone break into their laundry facilities. When I suggested substituting pool towels for the mean time, it was like a big deal and they said sorry they didn’t think of it. I sent my husband to fetch towels and I mentioned the suggestion on checkout. So, we had no towels for half of our stay.
