We couldn't find the place because the Best Western sign was lit up. The room was old and outdated with floor boards screwed down. Towels aren't big enough to use.

Checking in and the lobby were fine. Our rooms bathroom door was off the hinges, and we got a jacuzzi room to aid in relaxation. The jakuzzi did not work and had mold around the faucet. We paid a lot more money for this room and it was a disappointment. The elevator smelled like something was burning.and the breakfast was terrible. The eggs were rubbery and left me feeling ill after eating it.

It was cheap but floor was sticky, broken tiles in bathroom, no comforter on bed. Front desk said they didnt have any. This use to be a best western. Its now just so gross.

Gross place, wouldn’t dare stay again. Somehow the google reveiws say 3.8 stars but every recent review is bad. Gross floors and bedding and towels, all with stains. Found a couple of bugs in the bathroom as well. Walls have something weird with the drywall, and there were multiple large holes from where old pictures had been taken down

The room was in bad shape the ceiling, had water, damaged and crumbling in there was holes in walls the tub was dirty and the room had a smell to it. the whole property was in rough shape it was more like a Motel 6 than a nice hotel.

The whole hotel is grungy. When you walk in, it’s just grungy. The elevator was dirty and smelled like oil. Our room looked nothing like the pictures on the listing. we didn’t even have real blankets. It was just the blankets that are usually used as extra blankets. And they had cigarette burns in them. There was a used band aid stuck to the inside of the curtains. The curtains were stained. Sheets and blankets had stains. The floor was stained. I didn’t find any evidence of bed bugs but there was a giant beetle by the window. There were patched holes in the bathroom door. The towel rack was broken. Tiles cracked in the bathroom floor. There was a computer chair in the corner of the room that was falling apart (like the material was old and sloughing apart). I booked two nights, but when my kids and I got back from the zoo and our room keys wouldn’t work, and we just couldn’t be comfortable n that room we just left. It looks like they used pictures from when it was a Best Western or whatever it used to be. Will not be back. Disappointed in Expedia for the deal, honestly.

A real dump

Booked room for a week but checked out in two days. Place was dirty had to clean tables etc. furniture was broken down and old. Sign outside said not responsible for damage to cars. Didn’t clean room and when we ask was told it was not cost effective to clean rooms before checking out.

Room was dirty, room hot tub was completely nasty. Cracks and mold above tub. Couch had stains and hasn’t been cleaned. Two small towels in bathroom. Front dest attendant couldn’t speak English. Never again.

This property used to be a better place that was much more comfortable to stay. Recently it has been declining and at a more rapid pace. When you walk in the front doors are half working and you’re met with a staff member that is not very accommodating. After you pay the “mandatory” extra fee to check in they send you to a room with an unmade bed and towels from the previous tenants on the floor. Meaning you have to venture back into the hallways filled with a potent smell of odd smoke. Once finally in your room you are met with stained blankets, a tv that doesn’t work and a cabinet/dresser on its last leg. If it weren’t for the somewhat reasonable pricing and the fact that I can get a good sleep and a warm shower I’m sure I wouldn’t stay here any more. Would like to see this hotel get better, as it was not too long ago.

The Wi-Fi would not work. We had no tv the entire time. Told the front desk and they tried to keep connecting but said the router was too far away. Had to sit In silence while in the room. Also had no hot water for the jacuzzi tub. Terrible hotel will not stay again.

This is in the choice hotel family?

Outside of property looked ok but it was raining. No staff in check-in waited 10 minutes. Checked in went to room foul smell right away eoom looked dirty noticed dresser was held up by a rock tv remote wrapped in duct tape to hold batteries in didnt matter tv said it may take 20 minutes to locate a source. This was in 5 minutes so left for lobby. Again no staff in lobby dropped rooms keys in the box and left because there were 12 people in line and we needed ro get to another hotel. I had a few apologies to make ro the Wife.
