Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good. I wish there was a cheaper option for parking. The beds are terrible though. They are hard and uncomfortable. I woke up with pain in my hip. Not enough blankets provided either. It felt almost like the duvet was missing or something.

The hotel was excellent. Location and breakfast good. Unfortunately this was the second hotel that has us down for 5 rooms instead of 3 during our 3 hotel vacation. So now I have to look through and see who made the error. They said go.thru hotels.com. But they don't have a direct number so I can get a refund. So I have to spend days after my vacation trying to find out if they charged me for it. The emails from hotel.com say I only book 3 rooms. Other than that the trip was great

Great place to stay in DC! Walking distance to Capital and museums, restaurants and valet parking is very efficient, cheaper than most. Breakfast is awesome! Efficient staff, great service, large dining area with lots of seating. Beautiful grand room, large windows, great bar options! Even got a free tooth brush from the attendants. Room is nice and comfortable. Beds are comfortable. The only problem I would say is absence if the sink in the room. Most of Hyatt Place hotel rooms are larger and have another sink. It’s very useful when you have a family with lots of kids or woman. Otherwise it’s a great location - 7 min under drive from the airport.
