Location is good. I walked to the waterfront in the morning. Hotel rooms and exterior were cleans. Everything else? Trash. The WiFi was not working. I was accompanied by two other women, both also had poor service in the room. Housekeeping did not pick up our garbage for the entire stay. They only replenished towels and fixed the bed. We were there for 3 nights. The elevator was broken. On our first night there, someone got stuck. It’s just a no for me. Save your money.

Stay elsewhere if you can!

We stayed here and it was fine - but not worth the price. The AC in the room would only go down to 67, but never went below 70, so it was hard because we couldn’t really customize the temp. If you’re an anxious person or someone who needs organization, I would 100 percent not recommend the valet parking. The employees are nice but trying to get valet on the tiny street with people SO angry behind us and no direction was so stressful I cried, haha. Overall it was like a 5/10 hotel - totally in the middle, but I imagine you could find better nearby for the price.

Music is LOUD until 11PM EVERY NIGHT. You will not be able to sleep until past midnight with all the noise coming from top floor. Management claims that there is a disclaimer stating “quiet time zone” ? Is from 11pm to 7am and they can play the music as loud as they want at the bar on top floor until then. Had I known this, I would have NEVER booked this hotel.

Great hotel for a baseball game

This hotel was a great location for us, as we were in town for a Washington Nationals baseball game. Easy walk to the stadium (for a day game)! The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the room was great. The only reason I did not give the hotel 5-stars is that the surrounding area did not feel all that safe to walk around in the evening.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room was spacious. The restaurant was a little pricey but the food was delicious. If you are in town for a baseball or soccer game both stadiums are within walking distance.

Everything was great except that myself and 3 other friends were told over the phone that the rooftop bar would be open Friday and Saturday evenings, but it was closed for a private party Saturday. This was one of the deciding factors that led us to choose your hotel to begin with. Also, $31 for a double bourbon is ridiculous. NO bar is ever higher on drinks that sports parks, but the exact same order is $26 at Nationals Park.
