It's a wonderful place to celebrate loved ones while looking for turtles, monk seals, dolphins and whales.

This 4BD/2BA air conditioned beach house is perfect for multiple families traveling together and provides plenty of room for everyone. The main house is comfortably designed with 2 king bed bedrooms and one shared full bathroom as well as a king bed lounge space in the main living room. Connected by a breezeway is the Beach Cottage with a queen bed bedroom and a two twin bedroom that all share the 2nd bathroom making it the perfect second living space.

There are many great spaces to lie and rest in the shade under a palm tree or in the hammock. The home comes equipped with beach towels, and beach closet with beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and usually a boogie board or two. The house is also equipped with an outdoor hot water shower for your convenience when returning from the beach .

The kitchen counter is the heart of this home and is an ideal location to open your laptop or tablet while using the complimentary high speed Wi-Fi wireless internet services. As you check in with work or family feel free to forward our VRBO link and share a photo of the spectacular view. There are two dining areas, one indoor and one out, to create the perfect outdoor setting for a family dinner or romantic dining experience for two. A portable gas fire pit is perfect for roasting marshmallows and the small charcoal BBQ is just what you need if you want to grill up some vegetable skewers or pineapple-teriyaki burgers.

This home is excellent for continuous views of sunsets and sunrises and during the winter months, watch and enjoy world class surfing just off shore all from the outdoor lanai. As an adventure for the children: certain times of the year may bring less sand to the beach allowing small tide pools and the chance to discover small fish and other marine life. Amazing Property and Owner

Other reviews have done agreat job talking about how nice the place and property are, but i wanted to talk about the owner and property manager. We had a small issue and they went way out of their way to help and ultimately allowing us to have the most amazing family vacation. I want to thank both of them as my entire family had a vacation we will remember fondly forever.

We absolutely loved this house. There are 9 of us. We had plenty of room. The patio was so beautiful and the beach was right there!! We will definitely be coming back. The hosts were great and answered all our questions. The house had everything we needed and was a perfect fit for all of us.

Incredible House Made Our Vacation So Memorable!

What an amazing property! We loved this property so much! Unbelievable views of the ocean, surfers, and mountains. Highly recommend for anyone that has a large group. The separate living area was perfect for 5 teens, while the main house was an adult retreat! Absolutely no complaints and I can guarantee this will be our go to property every time we are back on Oahu! Property manager was also great, as were the landscapers! Snorkeling was fantastic off the beach with tons of fish and plenty of large turtles. Truly a special place!

Great Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our blended group of adults and kids. The first morning I took my nephews snorkeling we saw sea turtles and they were so excited and a couple days later my niece found a stingray. Watching the sunsets every night while drinking a beer taking a heated outdoor shower was amazing! The kitchen was a great size for our big group for meals. The back covered patio was where we spent a lot of our family time relaxing and hanging out.

Absolutely a wonderful property, kind of tricky to find the first time. The property is everything you could ask for nice ocean breezes and great sunsets. Got to see a couple of seals and turtles. Hopefully we will be able to vaction here again.

Lovely Home Away From Home in Hawaii!

We really enjoyed our stay in Hawaii, and most of it was due to the great house we had with plenty of room for the family to spread out. We really enjoyed snorkeling out the back door and the feeling of seclusion. Thank you so much for an enjoyable place to spend our vacation!

Even MORE Than I Expected

The further we drove away from the hustle-bustle of Honolulu, the more relaxed I became. Eleven family members, aged 8-68, arrived at this home and it was love at first sight. The home is equipped with every convenience…. Snorkeling equipment… boogie boards… unbelievable sunsets… outdoor shower to rinse off sand became one of my favorite places to shower. It was equipped with hot & cold water. The kitchen was large enough to accomodate anyone who wanted to assist with cooking. AC was so appreciated! Each person had comfortable accmodations for sleeping… ample towels/linens and beach towels. We snorkled just steps away from our backyard. It was a once in a lifetime experience for us. We WILL return. The locals were so sweet in the grocery store, hawaiian 🌺 ice, local fishermen sold their daily catches from the backs of their trucks. I wanted to just move in and never leave. I hope your family enjoys this jewel as much as mine did. Debbi was incredible…

Senior/Junior AFJROTC Trip

Had a great stay. Took 9 kids from South Carolina that had never been out of state. Property was amazing. The beach out back is not a sand beach (that is 1/4 mile away). It is a coral reef. Swim shoes required. Who needs Haunama Bay though! So many fish and turtles! We snorkeled every night and I saw more turtles than in 3 previous visits to Hawaii. Amazing views! Great snorkeling! Loved the back deck where we relaxed. Great having a common area where the kids could play together after long days out and about. 2 houses connected by a breezway. Kept guys in one and ladies in another for sleeping arrangements. We had a great time and would go again!

Top notch beach access

Great place if you’re looking for rustic quiet and private beach access. Tons of equipment for enjoying sun, surf, and snorkeling. It’s an older beach house, with a bit of a patina and some cobwebs but a few modern upgrades — fridge, dishwasher, Internet, and AC were all quite new — we had everything we needed for a pleasant extended stay. Outdoor shower was heavily used! Reasonably quiet, gated location for being so close to the highway, but the noise of the surf covers a lot! It was a delight to go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the breakers. The snorkeling was among the best on the island. We saw hundreds of fish and several large turtles made a constant appearance. Bath mats and shower curtains could do with a refresh, but there were plenty of towels and laundry facilities worked great. Debi and Bryan were great to work with — Bryan even met us an absurdly late hour with no complaints. Would rent again. It’s particularly affordable for large parties.

I would give it a 3 maybe 4 Pros: Right on ocean Spacious property Comfortable outdoor area 2 separate living quarters Gated fence Lots of parking Good AC Cons: Needs serious updating Beach has a lot of reef Couldn't get TV to work Internet went out often Disposal in sink broke very old Horrible shower pressure Bathroom shower dirty Lots of random stuff everywhere Must buy your own trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, & laundry soap. They want you to wash all bedding, but dont have additional sheets/blankets to Plus you are already required to pay a mandatory huge cleaning fee?? You haul trash to main road...which is kind of far No parties Far from town Not a lot of amenities near by Tips for staying there: Keep the doors closed, flies are crazy there! Trash is on Tuesday, take grey bins to road. The correct wifi password is on the bottom of the book. Vacuum doesn't work great, sweep instead. If you have extra trash, don't leave it on the ground...animals tear the bags and ants will come. Invest in taking a trip to Costco And get supplies, costs the same as local grocery stores (3 that are semi close) and you get way more. The outside shower is the best one! Hamic is lower than you think, becareful. Wear shoes when you go to beach, rocks/reef are sharp.

Beautiful views, large property

We spent 10 days in this house in January with our family, 12 of us in total including 3 children. Everything was incredible. The house is spacious and having the cottage gave more than ample room for our group. The yard is large and open, with plenty of grass for the kids to play on. We couldn't have asked for a better view with the best sunsets. The gate in the backyard was well secured, so no worries about the little ones getting out to the water without any adults. We spent much of our time snorkeling right outside of that gate, seeing some amazing fish and sea turtles. The neighborhood felt a bit sketchy when we first arrived, but we had no issues the entire stay. We even made friends with some neighbors. The home is older, but well maintained. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for every meal, plenty of bedding and towels, and the washer/dryer in the cottage kept us fresh. The property management folks were very friendly and available by phone or text. We will definitely return to this location should we visit again with a large group.

Theft, Stolen Property

This property has an amazing yard and an amazing view on the shore of Western Oahu. There is space for 4 kids and 6 adults. Its an older cottage that would have ordinarily worked well for us, but the home was broken into during our stay. This resulted in a nightmare to travel via airlines since two of our family members lost their wallets and ID's and Passports (as well as personal property) . A police report was filed and upon further investigation, the reporting officer said that multiple homes in the neighborhood have been broken into. The physical location of this property is between homeless encampments to the north and to the south on the beaches and a highway 200 feet to the east. The house does not have the advertised security measures. I can't in good faith recommend this property.

Beautiful view and comfortable house

It is an amazing house, very charming and rustic with lots of character. We loved the endless view. We were able to witness an eleven year waves as a result from Hurricane Bonnie and we didn’t even realize.

Amazing view

We had an amazing stay! Bryan and Deb were awesome! Check in process was quick and easy as well as check out. We had a great and peaceful experience at the beach house! Everyone enjoyed it here. Beach house had everything available that we needed! When it was time to go no one was ready to go. The beach house was close enough to Waikiki to drive over if we felt like it but also far enough from all the tourist and crowd! Amazing experience! Thanks Deb and Bryan!
