The staff were wonderful, they do the house keeping every 2 days which was good. The room needs some upgrade but still neat and clean. The hotel was close to the main street and all the shops and next to all the bus stops. Overall, with the price that we paid, we can't complain. Next time visiting, we will book this hotel again.

This is amazing accommodation well appointed kitchen with everything you need. Views to die for looking out on the 6 different balcony’s. Cleanliness was 100% and everything well presented. Beds were so comfortable. This accommodation made our stay in Hawaii the best holiday ever. Location next to the biggest outdoor mall in the world was a bonus. Would certainly recommend to any one going to Hawaii.

"One of the worst ever. The good: good pools, slides and kid likes it. The house keeping staff is very friendly but that’s all. Problems we faced: 1. It is just way too crowded. For check in, you are not allowed to park at the lobby because it is all jammed. 2. Check in line can be very long and slow. ..."
