No TV, communal bathroom in the hallway, run down rooms, broken air conditioner with no instructions for use, no power point at the kettle, the hotel had wifi but there was no password offered and noisy bass from downstairs music while trying to sleep on a wobbly and uncomfortable bed.

I cancelled my booking, by phone, to hotel staff and was still charged the full price. I rang and asked for a refind and the manager refused. Not nice people, imo.

Was a typical old school pub room, they need to be updated, but was neat, tidy and a bed for the night.
