Loved it. The staff was very friendly. Our villa was amazing; updated and very clean. Great location… a nice 1 mile walk to Duke of Gloucester street in downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Long weekend for a reunion. Nice place Older hotel , needs updating. Shower door leaked pretty bad. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. Bed was very comfortable. Will stay there again.

Stay was just fine except for one thing. My daughter and I were woken loudly early in the morning (a good hour before the alarm was set) by a maintenance worker banging on the door. Apparently he had the wrong room. It was really startling and we weren't able to go back to sleep. I mentioned it to the front desk employee, and while she was sympathetic and apologetic, there was no insinuation that they would give a discount or anything like that. Maybe it didn't rise to that level, but it certainly did not leave a good impression on our only night there!

I didn't realize they charge $150 if you bring a dog onto the property. Even if the dog is in a kennel in the back of the truck. The room walls are thin. You can hear people talking in other rooms if they are loud

Great location, good price, old/musty rooms

This is actually my third stay here, and I'll stay again because it's affordable and walkable to the William and Mary campus. Note that the older part of the complex has dated rooms that are really musty. You get used to it, but it's a strong odor when you enter the room and it even sticks on your clothes.

We liked the layout of the property. It was very quiet in the back section. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should be, the knobs on drawers were loose and there was a musty odor.
