Just okay, outdated and dirty

Not so good. Everything is outdated, doesn’t work, or is filthy. The shower curtain has mold growing on it, the microwave door handle is broken, the floors are so dirty our feet were black,

First off, the staff call at 10 pm the night before and asked was we coming. I told them yes and we will be there early. Got there at 2:30 was told to come back at 4 pm at check in. Which was fine. I go back at 4 pm and they said my room will be ready by 4:30-5. Mind you check in is at 4pm. So we get to the room at 5 and the room was still not ready. Beds out and not made. Everything was on and all the cabinets was open. So we call the front desk and they sent a supervisor to fix it. She come and straighten the room up but I still don’t feel as it was properly cleaned. So she leave and me and my kids head to the pool for hours. When we get back to the room I went to get a drink from the fridge(which is beside the stove). I could feel the heat hit me. The supervisor had left the stove on at the highest setting. All of our property and even my kids would have been at extreme danger if I didn’t notice the heat. I feel as we should be accommodated in some type of way for these horrible mistakes and how unorganized the staff was.

If you want to get a way for a relaxing vacation. This is your place. Spacious, clean and stills feel like home. The property was clean and quiet. In addition to all of that this resort if price friendly. Bonus points- it’s close to the outlet.

Ok good budget option w/ small kids, not returning

Booked a 2bd/2ba. On check-in, property informed us there was a water leak in our room and we're told that we'd been put in a 1bd/1ba with a (really terrible) pull out couch. We were offered a refund for the difference between rooms. On our nearly $800 bill on July 4th weekend, we were offered a $67 refund for the difference (approx $20/nt) - after 3 weeks of calling and complaining with no response. Property was ok, "gated" with no gate or guard, dated but clean though the list of check out chores and charges is too extensive ($6 for AN extra towel, $25 if you don't return the worn pool towel), the pool is really cute if you have elementary or younger kids. Not recommended for chill adult pool day. Staff was polite but indifferent. Was not planning to return based on property and staff alone, the careless downgrade and subsequent ridiculous response to "making it right" confirmed the decision.
