I paid up front and the price was supposed to include everything. When I checked in they charged me another $25 for fees. The room was not that great and we had problems with the TV. I will never stay at this ripoff place again. Worst courtyard ever.

This is the first time I’ve ever had a problem, checking in to a Marriott facility. I made a reservation through you for three rooms but they split it into three separate reservations and though I had requested the two rooms be adjoining we initially were put on separate floors and they had no understanding that we were together nor did they want me to check in for all three rooms although I am paying for all three rooms. My status at Marriott was ignored and to finally get rooms for two close together since I am a grandma staying with a three-year-old grandson, I needed to check in three different times over a three hour. They seemed understaffed and said they had been slammed during the Christmas holiday, but it was crazy.
