This is a beautiful new hotel with only 20 rooms on a single level. The design and decor are thoughtful and inviting. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, with the exception of the desk clerk, who seemed nice enough but never smiled, and actually seemed a little shy for front of house. The facility overlooking a huge wave generator for surfing gave the sound of the ocean and is very attractive. As was the patio with a heated pool and firepits overlooking the surf area. The cocktails were good as was the limited menu of foods.

Absolutely loved my stay at The Sitio in Virginia Beach! The property feels so warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed from the moment you walk in. My room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and beautifully curated — the perfect place to unwind after long days around the city. One of my favorite touches was the morning coffee service, which made the mornings feel extra relaxing and elevated. It’s the little hospitality details like that that truly make a stay memorable.
