Almost There, but Not Quite a Resort

This place has great potential but falls short in multiple ways. I appreciated the accommodation to check in early, but we had to pay a fee for it. Reception/check in process was clunky and out of date. One just was kind and the other not so much. Pool was nice but hot tub was closed with no explanation. Room was nice but hallways and carpet looked very dirty and stained. Nightlife outside was very loud.

The bed was horrible it sunk in the middle the couch was more comfortable than the bed to sleep on. The tv didn't get half the channels and the staff blamed it on the weather. If you wanted to you couldn't log in the apps. on the tv because it said it had no connection.

There isn't any breakfast. There isn't an office, the desk are in the middle of the lobby. The pool is behind the desk, and the pool did not open on time because they waited too late to check the ph.

During my stay, my granddaughter and daughter were swimming in the pool and witnessed a couple having intercourse in the pool. Upon the man finishing, my daughter reported it to the front desk as they were incredibly uncomfortable. The front desk did nothing but talk to the couple and they stayed in the pool. Absolutely disgusting. Those people should’ve been kicked out of the pool, or the hotel in general. This was handled disgustingly by the property. Room was moderately clean and you get what you paid for.
