The rooms are average, the private balcony from the 8th floor is fantastic. The staff was more than helpful. when issues arose they responded quickly, and courteous professionalism.

My wife and I were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The staff was often unavailable when we needed assistance, which made it very difficult to resolve simple issues. The first room had no functioning air conditioning and damp carpets. The fridge was barely working. It was full of water at the bottom. They switched us to another room. The second room had no functioning TV. When we addressed this issue to the front desk, they stated that maintenance will be contacted. They never came. We asked them 3 times. These are basic amenities that are expected in a hotel. For the price we paid, this is highly unacceptable. The manager stated that we would receive a refund for one night for the inconvenience. It has been 3 weeks since our stay, and we still have not yet received our refund. Our overall experience was terrible, and we do not recommend others to book this hotel. We were better off sleeping on the beach than this hotel.

Overall not a bad hotel. Came in for a concert at the Dome which was in walking distance. We stayed a few extra days. Everything was clean. Had some issues with a water leak but they did change our room so no biggie. Would stay again.

Staff was horrible and lazy, management was very rude, disrespectful. Staff was sleeping and very high off of drugs even asked serval guest for products. One elevated for whole hotel in which it got stuck with guest in it. Doors to room doesn’t work properly. Mold on the ceiling in hallway.

It was okay, balconies need serious upkeep. Front desk not great at all left me standing there for 10 minutes while on phone all I needed to do was turn keys in. Finally I put them on desk and left.

This is was my second stay there, it’s a great location and has a garage. I wished that it has a little something for breakfast and guest laundry but that will not stop me from staying there again. My faucets leaked but still nothing big.

Found two cockroaches in our room at 11:30 at night, moved to a new room and discovered black mold in the new rooms bathroom the following morning. Immediately had to find a last minute hotel for two days to try and salvage what was left of my birthday trip. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
