Good location

The pool was nice. Both times i went to the front desk/office, the door was locked. So, other than check in, i wasnt able to access anyone in the office.

The lock on our door was broken and we did not realize it didn’t fully lock until the morning after our first night when we went for breakfast. When we went to tell front desk they told us we could just leave and maintenance would get to it in a few hours. They had no regard for our safety or see anything wrong with leaving the door unlocked with our belongings unattended for an unspecified amount of time. They act like it was a huge inconvenience for us to be concerned about the door. In addition to that when we got there, the room was not very clean. The floor was a little sticking some places and there were no clean towels. They didn’t provide any new ones after we asked, but luckily we had extra beach towels.

I came outside to leave and someone hit my truck. My bumber was pn the ground. My struck was side swipe on one side. The room, TV was not working. The cleaness of the room was just okay. Drugs was being sold out front. Very unsafe. Horrible experience.
